Andrew is like so many seniors that I photograph in that what mattered to him most was taking photos with his best friend…. his dog Ashley. He also is a little typical like most guys in that he wasn’t really psyched about doing senior photos in the beginning. He was being a good son and doing it for his sweet Mom. However, we met for a consultation and found lots of common ground and things that are important to him to incorporate in his shoot – like Ashley. I also found out that he is a huge Chicago Bears fan, and (lightbulb) we have the coolest Stayley’s Bears mural down the block from the studio! Andrew was the perfect gentleman, very chill and we had a fun afternoon with his family and dog. Mission accomplished because Mom was super happy with the finished photographs. As you can see, Andrew is more than photogenic. I told him he’s good at this! He’s good at a lot of things, and his high school CV shows just that: varsity tennis at Mt. Zion HS, National Honor Society and a member of The Tribe. He will be headed to Bradley University next year, and wants to study something math/science related. I know who’s really going to miss him … Ashley. Good luck Andrew!!
