One late fall afternoon, we went into the woods for an excellent adventure! The three adorable brothers were dressed to the nines in their snappy corduroy blazers, ready for the annual family photos. Despite looking like mini businessmen, they were “all boy” as we approached the forest location for our shoot. We chanted “Going on a bear hunt….” Giggles and roars of laughter followed, as they played in the leaves and ran around the forest. You might be surprised that we found a few sticks to make into weapons to ward off imaginary predators. We were delighted to find a wooden teepee assembled by earlier forest-goers. After a little time playing, each brother gave me a quiet moment to snap a few individual shots. That was followed by one big group hug and giggles for another photo, then our hike through the forest continued. As we hiked out of the forest, the boys’ mom and I were already planning next year’s photo shoot. I already can’t wait! We created the most amazing photo album of this excellent adventure.
