Jake, St. Teresa HS 2017

Congratulations to Jake, soon to be a St. Teresa Alumnae after this Sunday.  He has made the most of his high school years, participating in lots of clubs and organizations as well as four years of soccer and tennis.  He was Captain of both teams, and soccer MVP twice.  He’s an academic star and recognized as an Illinois State Scholar.  I think Jake has picked the right major in college (Agribusiness at U of I) because he placed 4th in the State for FBLA.  Agriculture is the heart of his family, and Jake took me to his family farm in Illiopolis for some of his senior photos.  I was delighted to meet his sweet twelve year old dog, appropriately named Lucky.  Jake’s future is as bright as the summer sun on the fields that surround his home.  I know his parents are proud.  Me too 🙂  Good luck Jake!
