Kaitlyn, Class of 2019

The quote on Kaitlyn’s necklace in the last image says so much: “She has fire in her soul and grace in her heart.” She is passionate about giving her all in so many activities and projects, yet she’s truly a kind and soft spoken sweetheart. It was a pleasure to photograph Kaitlyn and get to know her. It’s no surprise we chose colorful settings and outfits, reflecting her upbeat and positive attitude. We also decided to do much of the shoot at her family farm – family is at the center of everything for Kaitlyn. She’s also passionate about volleyball, playing all four years for Mt. Zion High School and also the Springfield Shock. She will be continuing her volleyball career next year at Olivet Nazarene, where she will major in Elementary Education. Kaitlyn has enjoyed working with children, reading to 3rd graders at Mt. Zion Grade School and babysitting at her church. She is very active in Passion Community Church and participates in the youth group and several bible studies. Her mom describes her as “Kaitlyn’s main focus in life is to love Jesus, spread his light, being kind to others, and loving everyone and everything around her.” I look forward to hearing about Kaitlyn’s next chapter.
