Mary Kate, Mt. Zion HS 2017

It was appropriate to photograph Mary Kate in the sunflowers because this girl is nothing but sunshine.  She has that “light up the room” smile.  One of my mother-in-laws favorite says is “Take a good time with you.”  Mary Kate is all about that saying.  She’s a joy to spend time with, and a joy to photograph.  It’s hard to take a bad photo of her.  And she’s even more comfortable on stage.  I watched her perform front row center for the award-winning Swingsations show choir.  She makes it look easy (and it really is not). So much of her grace and poise on stage comes from years of dance classes at Studio B in Mt. Zion.  So much of her sunny disposition comes from her super fun family.  Her mama is one of my favorite people.  This super talented, fun-loving and bright girl is headed to Illinois State next year. I’m sure she’ll take a good time with her!  Good luck Mary Kate!
