Mia has a smile that lights up any room. Don’t get me wrong, she can make a gorgeous serious face like no one else; but her cute sweet and slightly shy smile is contagious. She kind of does a little laugh with her smile that made me smile. Mia’s a thinker, and an observer, so she might come off a little quiet. However, she’s anything but that with her puppies. They adore her, and it’s very mutual. When we were planning her session she immediately said she wanted photos with her dogs. Another one of Mia’s favorite things is music. She likes to listen to a variety, but also participated in her high school Woman’s Glee Club at Quincy Notre Dame. Freshman year she was in the Color Guard, inspired by her brother. Her senior year she came back to Mt. Zion to finish out high school. Her major focus became mental health of teenagers. I think that’s why she’s so chill, and so easy to spend time with. She’s a natural at psychology, as I pointed out above that she’s a thinker and observer. I am happy to hear that she plans to put those skills to good use. She will be attending SIU Carbondale to major in Social Work. The world needs more people like her. Good luck Mia!
